I have developed a methodical process, which is structured into several sessions, with clearly defined goals. Your situation is analysed from different angles. Together we develop specific solutions for a healthy lifestyle, bringing together several disciplines.

The individual sessions of this package, spread over a period of about 6 - 8 weeks, are organized as follows:
Session 1: Analysis and Comprehension
The first session is dedicated to the actual and target situation. Your lifestyle is examined comprehensively from different perspectives. Together we will determine the goals would like to reach. In this first session I will aim to identify and understand as many potentially unhealthy habits and behaviours as possible that are perhaps detrimental to your health. This meeting will set the foundation for the main topics, on which the following consulting will be based.
Perhaps you have a healthy and balanced eating pattern, but are deficient in the area of exercise. Or are you aware of the areas that need to be improved, but the implementation and sustainability is lacking?
Session 2: Suggestions and Practical Implementation
Between the first two sessions I develop an individual program for you. The main topics are suggested to you. Together we will discuss where the focus lies and what goals we are aiming for.
Based on the evaluation of the first session, I provide you with practical solutions, suited to daily use in the fields of exercise, tension release and diet. In the area of nutrition, most people have more knowledge than they think. But it helps to have the unfavourable habits pointed out to you by a neutral person. You receive suggestions and solutions that lead to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Get into your gym shorts! In the area of movement, you will be shown how to achieve your personal fitness goal. Practical exercises are learned and trained. Relaxation techniques are practised and tips and tricks are taught that lead to more relaxation in everyday life.
Session 3: How are you?
About 2-3 weeks after the 2nd session.
You tell me where you are with your goals. In the past weeks it has become clear where the focus of this session will be. What is going better now, what is different? Where is it still difficult?
The process and the solutions come from you, I help you to recognise and understand them and then to make changes that you can sustain. After this session you will have a clearer idea of where your „blind“ spots are, what behaviours are holding you back and how you can accept, understand and appreciate them. This will enable you to bring about further changes in the future.
Session 4: Follow-up
About 2-3 weeks after the 3rd session.
The follow-up focuses on continuity and sustainability. Unfavourable behaviour only causes problems if it lasts over a longer period of time. Likewise it takes time to turn positive patterns into habits. Small positive alterations, applied over a longer period of time, can result in big changes.
During this individual session, potential problems in the implementation of the desired behaviour are tackled. It also gives you the opportunity to verify that you are carrying out the specific exercises correctly. You are motivated anew to hold on to your targets and pursue them consistently.
